1999-2002 Project Design Manager, Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc. – Seattle, WA
Responsible for new facility design / construction in: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Colorado and Pacific Northwest. Developed storage centers with Real Estate, Operation and Construction Manager teams. Projects averaged 80,000 SQFT. Completed roughly 24 facilities and worked on approximately 150 conceptual designs.Other responsibilities include Upholding Design Standards, Brand Strategy, New Retail Store Design, Graphics / Display Merchandising, Managed Cap-X budgets for existing store improvements, managed select national accounts.
